40 weeks and counting...

Dear Baby,
You were due to arrive 3 days ago! We want to
meet you SO badly! Please come soon!

Today I went for a long walk, trying to get this baby out. So far...nothing. I think he/she is happy and content in my belly. When will baby's birthday be?!?! Can't wait to meet this little Lover!

Photo Shoot Fun in the Harbor

This weekend we went to the harbor and took some photos. It was really sunny out, but a little chilly. Enjoy!

Almost 39 weeks!

It's hard to believe this baby has been in me for 39 weeks now. But, it's even harder to believe it's suppose to come out next week! The time has flown by! Everyone assumes I am so ready to be done with this and get this baby out but in reality, I don't mind being pregnant one bit. It's been pretty blissful. I will say that the baby has decided playing in my ribs is fun...I disagree :) Poor little thing, it's just running out of room.

Matthew took last week off work and since I am now finished working, we were home together all week to get things done and prepare more for the baby to come. We got a lot done but I still have a little to do. Like...pack the hospital bag! I have been procrastinating like crazy with this. So far the only one of us that is ready for the hospital is the baby. I packed his/her bag already. I will be packing our bag today!

Yesterday I had my first visit with a pediatrician. I did a "meet and greet" to see if I liked him and if we have the same views on medical issues for my sweet babe. I was happy to find that this could be a good match! Not to mention the luxury of a parking lot!, no stairs!, no elevator! - I just walked right in! It was wonderful! Yes, I had to drive a ways but I am thinking it's probably worth it!

Any day now baby!! We are SO excited to meet our little love! Can't wait to see your face and put a name with the little body that has been kicking and jolting around in me for nearly 40 weeks! This morning, Daddy set up all your animals in your crib - he said they are waiting for you! :)
